2022.06.092022 JDW 상반기 워크샵

6월 7일부터 1박 2일간, 지난 6개월 동안 함께 달려온 JDW 가족들을 격려하고

2022년 상반기를 돌아보기 위한 워크숍을 다녀왔습니다.

오랜만에 한자리에 모여 즐겁게 소통하며 팀워크를 더욱 단단히 다지는 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다.

남은 하반기에도 열정과 에너지를 이어가 한층 더 성장한 JDW로 나아가겠습니다.


From June 7 to 8, JDW held a two-day workshop to reflect on the first half of 2022 and celebrate the dedication of our team.

It was a meaningful time to reconnect, share ideas, and strengthen our teamwork.

With renewed energy, JDW will continue to grow and move forward in the second half of the year.





2022.06.02칠성사이다 X 벤자민무어 협업 굿즈

JDW가 디자인·개발에 참여한 칠성사이다 X 벤자민무어 실리콘 캡 굿즈가 여의도 더현대 팝업스토어를 통해 공개되었습니다.

‘Paint Chil, Chil your place’라는 콘셉트 아래, 벤자민무어의 다채로운 컬러와 감각적인 조형을 결합해 완성된 한정판 협업 제품입니다.

칠성사이다의 청량한 아이덴티티를 JDW만의 세련된 디자인 언어로 재해석했습니다.


JDW’s design and development project, the Chilsung Cider X Benjamin Moore Silicone Cap, was unveiled at The Hyundai Seoul pop-up store.

Under the concept “Paint Chil, Chil your place”, the product blends Benjamin Moore’s vibrant color palette with a refined, contemporary form.

It reinterprets Chilsung Cider’s refreshing brand identity through JDW’s distinctive design language.





2022.04.28Starbucks mini ice box

JDW가 디자인·개발한 스타벅스 미니 아이스박스가 출시되었습니다.

그란데 사이즈 컵 4개가 수납 가능한 콤팩트한 음료용 아이스박스로, 야외 피크닉이나 야구장 등 다양한 공간에서 활용할 수 있습니다.

내부 트레이를 분리하면 도시락 등 소형 음식 보관도 가능하며, 감각적인 비율과 실용성을 모두 갖춘 디자인입니다.


JDW designed and developed the Starbucks Mini Ice Box, a compact beverage cooler specially created for baseball parks and outdoor use.

It can hold up to four grande-sized to-go cups and features a removable tray that allows storage of small food items such as lunch boxes.

With its refined proportions and versatile usability, the design blends Starbucks’ brand identity with JDW’s signature functional aesthetics.





2022.04.182022 IF DESIGN AWARD_CAREPOD CUBE X40

JDW가 디자인한 Health & Bio의 CAREPOD CUBE X40이 2022 iF DESIGN AWARD Product 부문에서 Winner로 선정되었습니다.

세척과 살균이 용이한 구조와 스테인리스 소재의 위생적 설계, 그리고 인테리어와 조화를 이루는 미니멀한 디자인으로 높은 평가를 받았습니다.


The CAREPOD CUBE X40, designed by JDW for Health & Bio, has been selected as a Winner in the Product category at the 2022 iF DESIGN AWARD.

Unlike most humidifiers, parts that require cleaning—such as the tank, vibrating element, and lid—can be easily detached, washed, and sterilized.

Made from stainless steel for 99% sterilization efficiency, the cube-shaped design with raised legs resembles a refined piece of furniture, harmonizing seamlessly with any interior space.

JDW가 디자인한 InHandPlus의 InHandWatch가 2022 CES Innovation Awards에서 혁신상을 수상하였습니다.

AI 기반의 스마트 워치와 앱, 웹을 연동한 통합 플랫폼 ‘InHand-Care’는 복약 행동을 분석하고 실시간으로 의료진에게 데이터를 공유하는 차세대 헬스케어 솔루션입니다.


The InHandWatch, designed by JDW for InHandPlus, has been honored with the CES 2022 Innovation Award.

By providing data-driven insights and personalized medication management, the platform represents a new era of connected healthcare.

JDW가 디자인한 CESCO UV Power Air Sterilizer – Sense Me가 2021 GOOD DESIGN AWARD에서 Winner로 선정되었습니다.

공기 흐름과 사용 환경을 고려한 직관적 디자인으로, 기술과 미학의 균형을 높이 평가받았습니다.


The CESCO UV Power Air Sterilizer – Sense Me, designed by JDW, has been selected as a Winner at the 2021 GOOD DESIGN AWARD.

Recognized for its intuitive form that optimizes airflow and harmonizes technology with refined aesthetics, the design demonstrates JDW’s pursuit of functional beauty.

JDW가 디자인한 청호 언택트 메타 디지털 정수기가 2021 GOOD DESIGN AWARD에서 Winner로 선정되었습니다.

감각적인 사용자 경험(UX)과 비대면 시대에 적합한 인터랙션 디자인으로 높은 평가를 받았습니다.


The Untact Meta Digital Water Purifier designed by JDW for CHUNGHO has been selected as a Winner at the 2021 GOOD DESIGN AWARD.

The product was recognized for its refined user experience and contactless interaction design suited for the digital era.





2021.12.152021 it-Award

JDW가 2021 it-Award에서 Carepod Cube와 모토브 3.0 스마트 미디어 디바이스로 대상 2관왕의 영예를 안았습니다.

특히 Carepod Cube는 특별상인 한국디자인산업연합회장상까지 수상하며 더욱 뜻깊은 결과를 거두었습니다.

올해는 Covid-19의 여파로 시상식이 열리지 못했지만, 함께한 디자이너와 파트너사의 노고에 깊은 감사를 전합니다.


JDW received dual Grand Prizes at the 2021 it-Award with Carepod Cube and MOTOV 3.0 Smart Media Device.

In particular, Carepod Cube was additionally honored with the Special Award from the Korea Federation of Design Industry Associations, marking a truly meaningful achievement.

Although the official ceremony was canceled due to Covid-19, we extend our sincere gratitude to our designers and partners for their dedication and collaboration.





2021.12.012021 SZIDF 참가

JDW가 *SZIDF 2021(심천 국제디자인 박람회)*에 참가했습니다.

SZIDF는 전 세계 디자인 기업과 디자이너, 그리고 미래의 디자이너들이 자유롭게 교류하는 국제 디자인 플랫폼입니다.

올해는 Covid-19의 여파로 한국 본사에서는 참여하지 못했지만, 현지에서는 여전히 높은 관심과 열기를 느낄 수 있었습니다.

조속히 다시 직접 소통할 수 있는 날을 기대합니다.


JDW participated in SZIDF 2021 (Shenzhen International Design Fair), an event where global design companies, professionals, and aspiring designers freely share ideas and inspiration.

Although the Korea headquarters could not attend in person due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, the local presence reaffirmed the event’s strong energy and continued global interest.

We look forward to the day we can engage and connect face-to-face once again.





2021.10.06대한민국디자인대상 대통령표창 수상

JDW가 제23회 대한민국디자인대상에서 디자인전문회사 부문 최고상인 대통령표창을 수상했습니다.

이번 수상은 JDW 임직원의 열정과 고객사의 신뢰, 그리고 함께 응원해 주신 모든 분들의 마음이 모여 이뤄낸 결과입니다.

12년간 변함없이 디자인의 가치를 믿고 달려온 것처럼, 앞으로도 새로운 도약을 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.


JDW has been honored with the Presidential Citation, the highest recognition in the Design Professional Company category at the 23rd Korea Design Awards.

This achievement reflects the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, and the continued support of everyone who believes in our journey.

As we have for the past 12 years, JDW will continue to pursue meaningful design and strive toward greater innovation.





2021.09.23Mobile Media Platform MOTOV 3.0 출시

JDW가 디자인한 모빌리티 어반테크 기업 *모토브(MOTOV)*의 차량용 광고 플랫폼 모토브 3.0 디바이스가 출시되었습니다.

이 디바이스는 약 30여 개의 IoT 센서를 통해 유동 인구, 교통, 안전 등 도시 데이터를 수집하고, 이를 기반으로 실시간 상황인지형 광고를 제공합니다.

공기역학 실험을 거쳐 안정성과 효율성을 높였으며, 37인치 디스플레이와 전·후면 LED 인디케이터로 직관적인 사용자 경험을 완성했습니다.


JDW designed the MOTOV 3.0 Device, an in-vehicle advertising platform developed by the urban mobility tech company MOTOV.

Equipped with more than 30 IoT sensors, the device collects real-time urban data such as traffic, safety, and pedestrian flow, enabling context-aware advertising and public data utilization.

Through aerodynamic testing, both hardware and software performance were enhanced, while the 37-inch display and front/rear LED indicators deliver a compact yet intuitive user experience.
