2018.01.312018 IF Design Award 수상

JDW에서 디자인한 CC 프로젝터가 ‘2018 iF Design Award’를 수상했습니다.

JDW와 XGIMI, JBL이 협업한 이 제품은 알루미늄 바디로 컴팩트하면서도 고급스러운 조형을 완성했으며, JBL의 풍부한 사운드를 담았습니다.

CC 모델은 앞서 2017 한국 IT 어워드에서 대상을 수상하며 디자인 우수성을 인정받은 바 있습니다.


The CC projector designed by JDW has won the 2018 iF Design Award.

Created in collaboration with XGIMI and JBL, the compact yet refined aluminum-bodied projector delivers premium sound and design quality.

Previously, the CC model received the Grand Prize at the 2017 Korea IT Awards, further demonstrating its design excellence.





2018.01.112018 CES Inovation Awards Honoree 두개 부문 수상

JDW에서 디자인한 XGIMI의 프로젝터 A1과 CC가 ‘2018 CES Innovation Awards’에서 혁신상을 수상했습니다.

JDW와 XGIMI는 꾸준한 협업을 이어온 파트너로, 2017년 H1의 수상에 이어 다시 한 번 그 성과를 인정받았습니다.

A1과 CC는 High Performance Home Audio/Video Product 부문에서 기술과 디자인의 균형을 높이 평가받았습니다.


The A1 and CC projectors designed by JDW for XGIMI have received the 2018 CES Innovation Awards.

As long-term partners, JDW and XGIMI continue to be recognized for their collaborative achievements following the award-winning H1 in 2017.

Both models were honored in the High Performance Home Audio/Video Product category for their refined balance of technology and design.





2018.01.10Detektor International Awards 2017

JDW에서 디자인한 슈프리마의 얼굴인식 시스템 FaceStation2가 ‘Detektor International Awards 2017’에서 Best Product를 수상했습니다.

최신 알고리즘과 적외선 기술을 기반으로 정밀한 3D 얼굴 인식을 구현한 제품으로, 빠른 인증 속도와 정확도를 자랑합니다.

심사위원단은 FaceStation2가 업계의 기술 기준을 한 단계 끌어올린 혁신성과 편의성을 높이 평가했습니다.


FaceStation2, the facial recognition system designed by JDW for Suprema, has won “Best Product” at the Detektor International Awards 2017.

Powered by Suprema’s latest algorithm and infrared technology, it provides precise 3D facial authentication with exceptional speed and accuracy.

The jury recognized FaceStation2 for setting a new standard in the industry through its technological innovation and user-oriented design.

JDW 전 임직원이 보라카이로 워크숍을 다녀왔습니다.

2017년의 다양한 경험을 뒤로하고, 새로운 도약을 위한 시간으로 서로의 생각과 에너지를 나누었습니다.

2018년에는 한층 더 열린 마음으로, 진정성 있는 디자인으로 고객의 신뢰에 응답하겠습니다.


The entire JDW team gathered in Boracay for a workshop to close out 2017 and prepare for new challenges in 2018.

It was a time to reflect, recharge, and share creative energy for the year ahead.

JDW will continue to move forward with openness and sincerity, staying true to its design values.





2017.12.112017 한국 IT 디자인어워드 대상 수상

JDW에서 디자인한 XGIMI의 CC 프로젝터가 ‘2017 대한민국 IT 디자인어워드’ 제품디자인 부문에서 대상을 수상했습니다.

JBL 스테레오 스피커를 내장한 올인원 프로젝터로, 최적의 사운드 밸런스를 위해 광학 모듈과 스피커를 상하 구조로 배치했습니다.

아노다이징 알루미늄과 천연 가죽 손잡이, 패브릭 그릴의 조화로 디지털 제품에 따뜻한 감성을 더했습니다.


The CC projector designed by JDW for XGIMI has won the Grand Prize in the Product Design category at the 2017 Korea IT Design Awards.

Featuring built-in JBL stereo speakers, the all-in-one projector achieves an optimized acoustic balance through a vertically arranged optical and audio structure.

With anodized aluminum, a natural leather handle, and a fabric grille, the design blends refined craftsmanship with a warm, analog sensibility.





2017.11.072017 심천 국제디자인 페어 참가

매년 11월 열리는 심천 국제디자인박람회가 성황리에 막을 내렸습니다.

이번 전시에서는 부스 내 강의장을 마련해 JDW의 디자인 철학과 프로세스를 공유했습니다.

많은 디자이너, 스타트업, 그리고 디자인에 관심 있는 분들과 자유롭게 교류하며

서로의 시각과 아이디어를 나눌 수 있었던 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다.


The Shenzhen International Design Fair, held every November, has successfully concluded.

This year, JDW created a seminar space within its booth to share its design philosophy and process.

It was a meaningful opportunity to connect with designers, startups, and design enthusiasts,

exchanging ideas and perspectives in an open and creative atmosphere.

2017.07.012017 Summer 워크샵

JDW 본사 임직원들이 여름 워크숍을 위해 제부도를 찾았습니다.

중국 지사 역시 현지에서 워크숍을 진행하며 서로의 일상과 생각을 나누는 시간을 가졌습니다.

뜨거운 여름이지만, JDW는 잠시 일상에서 벗어나 팀워크와 영감을 함께 채우는 시간을 보냈습니다.


JDW held its summer workshop at Jebudo, bringing the team together for a refreshing break.

At the same time, the Shenzhen office hosted its own session, sharing ideas and everyday stories in a relaxed atmosphere.

Amid the summer heat, JDW took time to recharge, connect, and draw new inspiration for the days ahead.





2017.05.09XGIMI Z5 빔프로젝터 출시

JDW에서 디자인한 ‘한뼘 멀티미디어 프로젝터 Z5’가 출시되었습니다.

프로젝터, 스피커, 그리고 영화·음악 저장 기능을 하나로 통합한 올인원 제품입니다.

중국 크라우드 펀딩 플랫폼에서 100만 달러를 돌파하며 H1, CC에 이어 Z5까지 주목받는 라인업으로 자리 잡았습니다.


The Z5 “Palm-sized Multimedia Projector,” designed by JDW, has been launched.

Combining a projector, speaker, and built-in storage for movies and music, it offers a true all-in-one entertainment experience.

Surpassing one million dollars on China’s crowdfunding platform, the Z5 follows the success of the H1 and CC models, further establishing JDW’s growing influence in the market.





2017.03.072017 독일 REDDOT 디자인상 수상

JDW에서 디자인한 올인원 프로젝터 H1이 독일 ‘2017 Red Dot Design Award’를 수상했습니다.

H1은 앞서 미국 CES 혁신상과 독일 iF Design Award 본상에 이어 또 한 번 국제적으로 인정받은 모델입니다.

기술과 디자인의 균형을 기반으로, 완성도 높은 사용자 경험을 제시합니다.


The H1 all-in-one projector, designed by JDW, has received the 2017 Red Dot Design Award in Germany.

Following its CES Innovation Award and iF Design Award recognition earlier this year, the H1 continues to gain global attention.

It embodies a refined balance between technology and design, delivering an elevated user experience.





2017.02.062017 독일 IF 디자인상 수상

JDW에서 디자인한 Midea의 벽걸이형 정수기가 독일 ‘2017 iF Design Award’를 수상했습니다.

중국 진출 약 3년 만에 심천지사 주도의 디자인들이 본격적인 성과를 내기 시작했습니다.

지난해 Red Dot Design Award에 이어 올해 iF Design Award까지 수상하며 글로벌 시장에서의 입지를 확고히 하고 있습니다.


The wall-mounted water purifier designed by JDW for Midea has received the 2017 iF Design Award in Germany.

After three years of presence in China, designs led by JDW’s Shenzhen office are beginning to show tangible results.

Following last year’s Red Dot Design Award, this recognition from iF further strengthens JDW’s position in the global design market.

JDW에서 디자인한 인바디 370S 체성분분석기가 독일 ‘2017 iF Design Award’를 수상했습니다.

미들 클래스 라인업으로 높은 효율과 합리적인 성능을 갖춘 모델입니다.

사람을 닮은 형태와 유니버설 디자인을 적용해, 어린이부터 노인까지 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.

간결한 사용성과 균형 잡힌 조형으로 독일 iF Design Award의 본상을 받았습니다.


The InBody 370S body composition analyzer, designed by JDW, has received the 2017 iF Design Award in Germany.

As a mid-class model, it offers outstanding efficiency and accessibility.

With a human-inspired form and universal usability, the device accommodates a wide range of users—from children to seniors.

Its balanced design and intuitive interface earned it recognition at the iF Design Award.

앞서 H1은 2017 미국 CES 박람회에서 CES 혁신상을 받은 바 있으며, 디자인과 기술력을 동시에 인정받았습니다.


The H1 all-in-one projector by XGIMI, designed by JDW, has received the 2017 iF Design Award in Germany.

Earlier, the H1 was honored with the CES Innovation Award at the 2017 exhibition in the United States, being recognized for both design excellence and technological innovation.
